2016 Meeting of the American Oystercatcher Working Group
The American Oystercatcher Working Group held its 16th annual meeting November 15-17 at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science’s Eastern Shore Laboratory in the town of Wachapreague, VA. Our days were filled with lively discussions of our progress as a working group and our goals for the future. To end the meeting we were rewarded with delicious local seafood and BBQ at The Nature Conservancy’s Brownville Preserve and a trip to Parramore Island. Thank you to Ruth Boettcher, Alex Wilke, and Pam Denmon for organizing and making this meeting such a success!
